Melanie Fernandez has been in the mortgage business for 34 years which gives her special insights into customers’ needs. As a loan originator on the Eustis Mortgage Team of professionals, her background and experience expands our company’s expertise in the field of home loans. Melanie is particularly helpful in educating the customer in the many different types of financing as well as the entire mortgage process. In addition to standard loans types, she also specializes in FHA 203K Renovation loans. She has a Liberal Arts degree from UNO where she was inducted into the Golden Key Honor Society. Prior to coming to Eustis Mortgage, Melanie worked for Wells Fargo as a home mortgage consultant.
