| As National Division Retail and Wholesale Manager,
Terry is responsible for building and managing Eustis
Mortgage's National Division. A primary function of
his position at Eustis is enlisting the most experienced
and dedicated mortgage professionals in the industry.
His 16 years of experience with Chase Manhattan Mortgage
Company prepared him well for his role at Eustis. As
an Executive Vice President of Chase, he was a Managing
Channel Executive in the areas of Retail and Direct
Home Equity Lending, Wholesale and Indirect Home Equity
Lending, and Wholesale and Correspondent Lending for
Chemical Mortgage Company, prior to the merger with
Chase. Terry earned a BSBA in finance from the University
of Florida.
